Every organization has a unique DNA. This is because every organization has their own purpose, mythology, values, beliefs, processes and practices. Our approach with our clients starts with creating a snapshot of the current state of the organization. We do this through alignment of an understanding the gap between objectives and results. Then we discover the limiting beliefs of the organization and areas where the processes and actions are not consistent with the purpose, values or goals.
From this clarity, we offer two programs:
Breakthrough Process:
Whatever the organizational challenge, the causes become clear through the organizational DNA assessment. With this as our starting point, we take the organizational or unit leadership through the breakthrough process. We identify in greater depth beliefs, processes and operating practices that constrict the path to success. We modify these areas of limitations through new beliefs, processes and practices that have clearly identified measurements to attain success and serve as a operational dashboard. Working with the leadership, we integrate the areas of change throughout the organization or operational unit.
